Why won't my furnace blower turn on I already changed the circuit board
I have a nordyne electric furnace every time the blower started it burnt the circuit board so I took the blower out ran it down to my local electric motor dealer he determined it was shorted it so I got a new motor and circuit board but now it won't come on I even tried the rocker switch on the furnace and nothing any ideas?

Is there any simple way to test the blower unit's circuit board? It looks fine but my contactor won't pull down when it receives 24 volts on its coils. I don't know what else could be wrong but I don't want to buy a new circuit board if it is still good. Thank you.
