    North Texas, no vent or window in bathroom
    Hi I am a renter, and was told that it is code to have a either an open able window, or a fart fan. Is this true? It is a full bath.

    Code only applies to buildings when they are built or have a major remodel... if you are in an older house they don't have to have them if they predate the enactment of the code..
