    Probation violation
    He got a misdemeanor charge an left state moved cause his mother was sick in a traffic stop was expedited back to Illinois what could happen to him

    He can expect a bench warrant to be issued for his arrest if he doesn't go back and face the music ASAP.

    Probably lock him up... if he had requested a transfer BEFORE he violated they probibly would have given it to him... right now he will be at the mercy of the judge. And their mood will be the determining factor... assuming he has kept his nose clean in all of this time the balance can shift one way or the other..
