He got a misdemeanor charge an left state moved cause his mother was sick in a traffic stop was expedited back to Illinois what could happen to him

He can expect a bench warrant to be issued for his arrest if he doesn't go back and face the music ASAP.

He is on his way back they started the expedition process yesterday their transporting him back he is schedule to go before the parole board if he has stayed out of trouble got a job and a place to live in another state granted he has 18 months left on probation will they lock him up for the remander of his time or let him go with interstate transfer

Probably lock him up... if he had requested a transfer BEFORE he violated they probibly would have given it to him... right now he will be at the mercy of the judge. And their mood will be the determining factor... assuming he has kept his nose clean in all of this time the balance can shift one way or the other..
