    Engine miss
    Hi,my truck idles normal as soon as it reaches optimum temperature it begins to miss on top gear continuously .When I switch the truck off and wait a minute then restarts the engine miss is gone as soon as I drive it an it reaches 70 or 80km it comes back.I had the head stripped engineered and found 2 cracks which we had repaired an re fitted but still the miss is there.iv tried numerous mechanics even the agents they cannot find the fault.It just doesn't have the power uphills and battles with this miss.Please assist.email: [email protected] thank you nasser

I have a Ford Ranger 2001 4.0 SOHC that has a engine miss. It has new plugs (less than 1,000 miles) It seems to to have low idle speed as well as it will sometime die when a stop light. Any ideas as to what to check to correct this problem?
