    Cut myself trimming 'down there'?
    URGENT!

I was trimming my pubic hair with a pair of scissors and I got startled by a noise, accidentally cutting the outer lips (I think labia?) It hurt intensely, and I immediately realised what happened and dropped the scissors. I sunk down into the water hoping it would alleviate the stinging, but it did not. It hurt worse. So I stopped my bath and am now sitting here with a wad of tissue in my panties. It hurts to look, but I think I see a tiny bit of skin hanging where it wasn't before. I'm only 16. What do I do? I have a history of self-harm and have been sexually assaulted before, so what if my mother sees it and thinks it was purposeful? I'm scared, HELP!

Your blood will eventually clot and your bleeding will stop, also notify your doctor about what happened. Your doctor has heard everything so don't be uncomfortable telling them!

Trimming dog nails [ 3 Answers ]

My dog's nails are way too long, my fault. I was always afriad to do it myself and she's too big for me to take to vet or groomer often. But I'm okay with trimming them now, so my question is how often should I trim them to get them shorter and how short is too short?

Trimming Stairs [ 1 Answers ]

Everything I read on trimming a stair case (in oak) they all install the riser first, then the tread. The only reason I can think of for doing this is if you ever need to replace the tread. Is there any other reason? I ask this because out basement stringers were framed with 9" run and 7 1/2"...
