Garage door just blinks when I press remote
This problem started happening few days back, the garage door is four years old.
When I press the remote to open the door, the garage overhead door just blinks 4 or 5 times and then shuts off. But if I used the wall mounted switch, the garage door opens fine. Also when the garage is open, the remote works fine and I can close the door with the remote. I just can't open the door with the remote. Has anyone heard of this problem before. Any ideas on what to look for. Thank you Praveen |

The lamp (not LED) that is mounted on my garage door opening unit turns on and off by itself when we open the garage door. It does not stay on for the designated time either, when I close it. The garage door opens and closes fine. Any advise on how to fix this problem will be extremely helpful....
