    Track lighting getting power, bulbs not working.
    All the bulbs are new, and every bulb is getting power, they just aren't turning on.

    Not all track lighting works on all tracks. Some tracks have 3 contacts while others work off two. Did you bulb the tracks and the lights new from the same place, if so where
