    How to find the custodial parents address
    I want to have an active role in my children's life and the custodial parent is no longer in the state and I have no address. With payments distributed via ETP, the non custodial parent have no means of locating nor being a parent. Any suggestions? Last known state where order is in place is Texas.

    File charges of parental kidnapping. If you had court ordered visitation, go back to court and ask the custodial parent be held in contempt of court. Hire a PI
