Last year or 2 I had a crazy time in my life and I did stupid amounts of the then legal high meow meow or plant food ad it was known! I don't do it anymore but feel it may have had some effects because with my girlfriend who I met not long after stopping I am becoming very paranoid and probably come across controlling but that's not me and even worse I know she would never do me wrong she's everything to me and don't want this eventually destroying us! Why even though I know its nonsense do I still get the thoughts and make sly little digs? Maybe I have developed a split personality because sometimes I look back not long after over reacting or saying something stupid and think that's not me why was I behaving like that? Can you suggest anything please.
