    Easily frustrated
    Why do I get frustraded all the time and say things I don't mean when I get angry then say I'm sorry when I let everything out its like I explode then calm what's wrong with me

    That same thing happens to me many times. It's just that you need to control your anger. Try doing meditation. This will going to help you a lot.
