    Why do I get so mad so easily?
    I'm a 31 yr old mom of 2 with one on the way and a great boyfriend. And for years I find myself feeling out of my mind with anger. Wanting to break things and through things. I hate it I feel I have no control over my self when this feeling happens. Some one please help me!n

    Hello melissa:

    This is easy. Take an anger management class. It'll show you WHAT to DO.

    If you want to know WHY you do it, that'll take YEARS of therapy and tons of money. But, you don't NEED to know why it happens. All you need to know is how to STOP it. A CLASS will do that.

    Wouldn't it be great if you could take a class on depression?

    It sure would that would help a lot more people. And make life a bit better I have been looking up on line for some classes on anger and having very little luc...
