    violation of probation on an aggravated assault charge
    I want to know is it possible to get your probation reinstated if you have been arrested for a warrant for violation of probation for leaving the County without approval of your probation officer?

    After you are arrested there will be a hearing before the judge, it is up to the judge at the hearing. If you left the county without permission, and there is not a very good reason, seldom will you not do some jail time.

    What if you had to leave that county because your family was evicted from their home and had to live with family until you got on your feet?
