    Probation assault violation
    I am on probation for assault on my boyfriend. I was told by the judge to not contact him and we have cont to stay together, now he has assaulted me and I have called the police. Am I going to get introuble for violating my probation by being around him even though he came to my house and assaulted me?

    It sounds like both of you are going to be in trouble. You have broken a condition of your probation, which could result in getting a prison sentence, and he has committed an assault on you which could also result in a prison sentence.
