All the pipes including drain? Should be able to disconnect the risers and p trap and then refit. Can you explain a bit more?

Do you mean the pipes come up through the vanity floor, and the vanity can't slide out around them?
    EITHER
    1. Cut from the wall to the outside edges of the pipes and drain with a sawzall, and slide the whole vanity forward. Do the same with the new vanity, cutting out a U-shape and sliding it back to the wall.
    OR
    2. Plan on replacing the valves if they are old, and cut the hot and cold below the valves after shutting on the water further back (the main if you aren't sure) and disconnect the drain with a wrench, and lift the vanity off. If they aren't old, cut them and just put straight connectors back on. Then the new vanity can go snugly over the same pipes after carefully cutting 3 holes (or just 2 if the drain goes into the wall) exactly where the vanity is going to lift over them. This is the professional way but takes more finesse.

Hi Mark, thanks for helping me. The pipes come out of the floor into the vanity, the pvc pipe is glued together and I also will need to remove the valve shut off on the hot and cold water tubes.
