EITHER
1. Cut from the wall to the outside edges of the pipes and drain with a sawzall, and slide the whole vanity forward. Do the same with the new vanity, cutting out a U-shape and sliding it back to the wall.
OR
2. Plan on replacing the valves and cut the hot and cold below the valves after shutting on the water further back (the main if you aren't sure) and disconnect the drain with a wrench, and lift the vanity off. Then the new vanity can go snugly over the same pipes after carefully cutting 3 holes (or just 2 if the drain goes into the wall) exactly where the vanity is going to lift over them. This is the professional way but takes more finesse.
