Vaginal itching at 39 weeks
I'm 39 weeks pregnant,I suffer vaginal itching that worsen at night+burning sensation and redness,with unpleasant smell yet no discharges! Urine culture showed E-coli+ candida, what is best treatment that's safe to my baby and is hydrocortisone cream safe?

Sounds like you have a urinary tract infection and hydrocortisone treatment will not even touch it ! You need to see your doctor, seeing as you are pregnant, for the best advice about getting rid of this potentially dangerous UTI.
If you already had a urine test and know there was fecal matter in your urine, hasn't your doctor advised you ? You will have to be extra careful wiping yourself after a bowel movement and always wipe UP the back and not to the front, avoiding this condition. |
