    Crowns work gone bad
I had two crowns put on my front teeth which were not done properly. Too much of the tooth structure was removed during crown preparation, and I've had to have root canals and crown lengthening surgery. The dentist redoing the work is having trouble getting the new crowns on and says I need crown lengthening surgery again otherwise I will continue to have gum inflammation because the original crowns were jammed up against the bone. Apparently you need a distance of 3mm between the crown and bone. I'm wondering at this point of it would be best to get implants? As removing more bone and gum might make it difficult for getting implants which I probably will need given the condition of these teeth. Thanks
