Hello,

I'm looking for radiant manifold as those on the pictures.
Does anyone know where I can get it?
I need to replace it.

That is a very old circuit balance valve setup. Looks like you will be adapting a new style manifold since the old one is no longer available at least that is what I found out when looking for on 5 years ago.

I hoped someone might know where I can get one.
Do you have a recommendations which new manifold can replace the old one?
I'm thinking about connecting copper pipes to new manifold, they're all made for plastic tubes.
So far, I need to replace those valves not the whole thing.
Any suggestions?

You might remove one of the valves and take a few photos then email them to a few HVAC wholesalers. You can never tell they might have some gathering dust in the old parts bin. My question to you is what is the problem with the valves?

The valves are leaking and, it seems like they don't work properly.
Removing one of the alve is not on option at this moment, the heating system is running. If I shut it off, then I will have to replace the manifold. I hope this will not happen during frizzing
Days.
The other problem is that, one room is not warming, the floor is not warming. All other are getting warm.
I'm living in Connecticut and it is getting cold.

I would get a PEX manifold and use a PEX to copper tubing adapter.

Which PEX tubing would you use?

Even though it would be small pieces, use the PEX for radiant heating.

In many cases the valve can be repacked. This process will replace the packing. You can probably use graphite rope or Teflon rope packing. It goes behind the nut that holds the valve in place. In other words the valve itself has a flat blade screwdriver for adjustment and that item is held in by a nut. You take the nut off put some packing in (usually in a clock wise fashion) and reinstall the nut. From the pictures it looks like someone has tried to use pipoe dope or something else already. I have re-roped may a valve like the one you have. NOTE: since these are flow control valves make sure you remember exactly where the valve was set so when it is put back together tightening the nut does not move the screw driver slot from its original position. You may also check the valves to be sure they are open on the circuit that the cold room you talked about is on. That can cause the room not to heat.

ONE MORE ITEM.Just lower the pressure in the boiler to zero and that will allow you to fix the valves without allowing much air into the system and this way you will not have to bleed the system to remove the air.
