Lennox G12RQ5E-165 will not shut off (both burner and fan)
Hello,
My wife and I just bought a house, from family, so we know the heater was in working order for the past two years. Obviously this heater is up there in years. Since it does not shut I have ran new thermostat wire and also replaced the thermostat so that we can have more control over when it runs. Of course my hope was that pulling new wires and installing the new thermostat would solve the issue, but it did not. The furnace fires up fine and pumps out plenty of heat (looking up the BTU's would say that this unit is way oversized for our house 2300sqft? ). Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks. |

Lennox G12Qe series 1986... furnace lights and if I wire blower up to constant power will work.. but blows luke warm air out... Any ideas... blower will not come on unless I hook up constant to it..
