    1989 Honda Civic won't start
I am having problems with my 1989 Honda Civic. The engine was rebuilt about 4 months ago and has run fine. On occasion (about once per month) after driving the car and then shutting it off, it won't restart. It seems to be an issue with no spark as it turns over fine, but doesn't even attempt to catch. Can anyone lead me in the right direction to resolving this problem? Could it be a faulty relay or switch somewhere and where could I find it on the car. What can I do to further troubleshoot this problem?

    Thanks
