    1989 Honda Civic
    I am trying tp find the Main Relay on my Civic. I tried to use an iilustration for a web site the vehicle listed is different from my Civic. I have an error code os sixteen and was trying to check out the relay but I can't find it. HELP

    It should be located around where the driver's left knee hits the kick panel (close to the hood release). It has a 3" metal bracket, which is attached to the frame with a 10 mm bolt. For easier access, remove the under-dash fuse box cover and the 3 screws securing the lower dash panel cover. Turn the ignition switch on and off, to help you locate it. You should be able to hear and feel it click.
