2 things-!
#1You have a blockage in the main line. Either use a toilet auger or have a plumber clear the line. #2 The tank not stopping is another problem. You have a flapper that is not sealing properly, a bad ballcock or an improperly set float. You will need to have someone look the system over if you don't feel capable of repairs. |

The toilet worked fine until this weekend. I had teenagers visiting and one of them plugged the toilet. Since then, after plunging etc the toilet is not flushing properly and I noticed the water level in the bowl is lower. The dual flush is only a year old!
