Why no cold water but have hot
I have no cold water / pressure in my first or second floor sinks or first floor bathtub. I do have plenty of very hot water. Also there is water in my toilet bowls on both floors but not in the tank. I have a well and a hot water tank.

    Hi Saf82000

With the issue being at multiple fixtures I need to wonder if someone has touched a shut off valve and perhaps didn't open it back up all the way. Has any plumbing work been done recently?

Having full hot water flow tells me the issue isn't at your well as hot water is fed by cold water so the well isn't the issue.

One thing to look for would be a shutoff that is common to all these fixtures (should be in basement feeding the upstairs main pipe)... could simply be clogged. Opening and closing the valve a few times may dislodge any sediment/debris that could be clogging the shutoff.

Another thought would be to look for a FILTER system... filter could be clogged. Changing the filter should resolve that issue.

Check these things and then pop back to discuss what you have determined, OK?
