Black listed in the immigration of the philippines

My japanese friend's name is included in the immigraton black listed in the philippines. I wanted to know what are the requirements, how much will it costs him to make a petition to lift his name from the black list and how long it will take? Your response is highly appreciated. Thank you. |

Helo I have been with visit visa in Dubai and suddenly police caught me and put me in police station around 10 days and I took finger print not eye scan and they deport me with out any court procedure.so am I black listed or what can I go to Dubai

Hello just want to ask a question. I got a job and I signed offer letter and my working visa is out but the company told me that I am black listed. I don't understand why I worked in a company in abu dhabi before I started working in 2005 till 2008 march. They cancelled my visa in march this year....
