    Black listed
    Hello just want to ask a question. I got a job and I signed offer letter and my working visa is out but the company told me that I am black listed. I don't understand why I worked in a company in abu dhabi before I started working in 2005 till 2008 march. They cancelled my visa in march this year. I exit in dubai and I came again by visit visa so how come I am black listed and still I got the visit visa and I came two times. Please I need answers.thank you

    If you leave the country as soon as your employment contract was terminated, and you did not have any violations, charges or any criminal records, you should be fine.

    The simply way to find out if you are black listed or not is applying for any visa, if your application is denied, you are blacklisted. If you already have a visa, and immigration officer denies your entry.. then you are blacklisted... or you can contact the nearest consulate office and find out about your status, they can tell you right away.
