    Oilery gourmet shop store manager
    Ive been offered a job to manage a specialty shop in glen Ellyn, Illinois.
    The owners asked me what I want to be paid, hourly or salary, how many hours I want to work a week ( I want 30), and asked me to come up with any bonus/incentive compensation I think is fair. The owners are opening this new shop in Illinois and have two other locations in Wisconsin. This is their first in Illinois and said yhey're not familiar with what a store manager would make in Illinois. I researched a bit and have some pay scale examples but I don't want to overwhelm them and or shortchange myself. please help, I told them I wanted to be fair to both them and me and said I would do some research first. We are to get back together to discuss in 2 weeks, pror to store opening. Please advise, any tips suggestions are appreciated.
