What would the USCIS consider financial need? Is 16000 too much?
I am applying for deferred action and in the form I765 WS it says I won't be legible if I don't show financial need.. I am not married and have no kids but I live with my family and I earned around 16000 dollars a year... Would that be considered financial need ? I really want to know

Please explain exactly what you are applying for through US immigration. Your question is not clear. Are you applying for citizenship?

If you have a job, and have permanent accommodation that is basically all you need to apply. What they want is assurance that you are financially stable (which you are).

I don't understand why you are filling out this particular form which is deferred action for childhood arrivals?
