    Hi, I would like to ask if it is possible to determine blood type without using reagents or chemicals?

    Do you know the blood type of your parents?
    If yes, have a look here at "how is my blood type determined?":

    If not, you could donate blood. They will determine your blood type.
    Or ask your physician.
