    I want to know can ap person with a o-blood have a child by a person with a b+blood type?

    Yes.
    It doesn't matter what blood type a person has.
    People with different blood types can have children together.

    Kae is right on target here. Although if a woman is Rh negative and the father is Rh positive then the mother must get a Rogham shot during pregnancy so that her body does not see the fetus as a threat.

    Your child could potentially have O or B blood types but there is no threat unless there is a difference in the Rh factor and the mother is negative and the father is positive.
