    Multiply the mixed number 2 4/9 by the mixed number 8 3/11 reduced to lowest terms

    1. Change each mixed number to an improper fraction.
    2. Simplify if possible.
    3. Multiply the numerators and then the denominators.
    4. Put answer in lowest terms.
