    Heat pump unit fan turns off at 77, but everything else stays on.
    Heat pump outside unit fan turns off at 77 deg. Everything else stays on. I want it at 75 deg. I'v already changed the capasetor, and the thermostat.

The fan will stop after aprox 5 - 10 minutes. The motor was replaced, same issue. Then the tech bypassed the defrost relay, same issue. Then he wired straight to the contactor with same issue.
