    Computer device problems
    Okay so on my hp pavilion dv6 laptop I have the beats system and biometric fingerprint reader pre-installed on my laptop. But now since I got my laptop fixed with a new hardrive, I have all my stuff but my beats system and fingerprint reader isn't working at all. I've tried unistalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help!

    Make sure you have ALL the required software installed and up to date from the HP site.
    It sounds like it may have been over looked when the new drive was installed.

    Are there any errors in device manager ?
