    How long can you be keeped in jail on a detainer
    How long can the probation can hold you on a detainer and you haven't been charged with anything he's been in there sense 8-1-2012 and is there a statiute for charging him and how long for a csc evidents take

    What type of detainer ?

    Did they revoke his probation due to some infraction ( does not have to be a crime) but broke a rule of probation ?

    If this is the case, they will normally have a hearing between 2 weeks to 6 weeks. Sometimes his attorney can speed it up some
