    Beneficiary
I am on disability but the judge ordered for someone else to be in charge of my benefits, which was my mother. I recently moved out of her house and am now living with my fiancé. If I want to transfer my benefits to my fiancé for her to be in charge of my benefits instead of my mother, is there a credit check involved and what exactly would I have to do to make this happen?

You'd have to go back to Court - only a Court Order can change a Court Order.

I don't know what the Court will require concerning bookkeeping and your funds.

Why is a credit check a concern?
