    Just was charged with my 3rd felony
    I caught a possession of cocaine less than 25 grams in jan of 2001 which was a felony, I caught another possession of cocaine charge less than 25 grams in June of 2008, and now I just caught my 3rd owi charge in September of 2012 which makes that a felony, I'm out on bond for that and have not seen my lawyer yet or been sentenced, although I have no violent crimes on my record or and other hideous crimes do you think I'm eligible for probation being I completed prior probation assigned to me in the past.

    We're not all in the State you're in and I had to look up "OWI."

    I believe you are eligible for probation. Do I think you will GET probation? No.

    It's not about violent crime, and what is your definition of "hideous"?

    I don't know where you live or if your state has a three strikes law... But, there's this guy who swiped a slice of pizza doing life without parole in California..

    Could you get probation, yes, will you most likely get jail or prison time? In my opinion or guess yes I would expect at least some time to serve
