    Its my first offense and got charged with two counts of 3rd degree felony burglary.
    I'm only nineteen is it possible I will get probation?

    I can tell u that on my first offense i had 4 felonys(3rd dgree) and 2 misdemeanors and i was put on probation for many years. But i don't live in your state, i am in florida.

    There is no way to know, you will get at least probation,and as long as no one was injured, no one was threatened and there was no weapon, yes most likely you will.

    But the first poster is even correct , at times how bad a day the judge has, can even come in to some play.

    Also how good is your attorney, if you know, beyond a doubt they have all the evidence they need, your attorney needs to do a plea agreement to get you probation.
