    Mischief under 5000?
    So last night I was arrested for mischief under 5000. I was on a schools roof and broke 3 windows. There were other broken windows when I got there so I broke the others. What is going to happen? I'm 17 work full time and have nothing on my record?? Someone help

    I'm guessing you are in Canada? My feeling is that no one is going to believe you didn't break all the windows.

    Probably probation, a fine, community service. Could be jail time to make an example of you - but I rather doubt it.
