Ive been a little worried today... Okay a few days ago I got a uti... which has still not been treated... (I figured it would go away on its own... but anyway... I started my period 2 days ago.. and this morning when I woke up I went to pee and when I whipped I noticed a burning feeling on my labia on both sides... and now I'm kind of worried... there is no bumps or anything... and I haven't shaved in a few days... it is red but nothing besides that? I use pads but this has never happened... I am worrried about herpes though because one time I let my boyfriend eat me out not noticing he had cuts on his lips on both corners of his lips (like they were cracked) I didn't get a cold sore on my lips from kissing him or anything either... I'm just wondering should I go to the doctor this early? Would they be able to test for herpes? And how long does it take for herpes to show in blood work after your exposed to it? Like 3 months?

I would go to the doctor and be tested, there are a dozen other things you did not list that could be possible also.

I've had the same problem before, that something was burning down there. I've had it for like a week and three days. It was terrible. And I didn't know what to do. I was thinking to go to the hospital but I didn't, it just went away. I've always kept the area clean and always dry. Actually, until now I don't know what the heck was that. Maybe because of the pad you were using? Or maybe because of having a heavy sex. But maybe, still best for you to go to the doctor, don't wait for it to get worse. :)
