    Persistent Fever
In the past 2 months, I have been regularly facing a weird problem of body temperature.
During certain periods of the day i.e... when I get up in the moring, noon and evenigntime, my body is warmer, I feel feverish.

I am 28 years old lady. Married in April 2006. I have not yet conceived.

I would like to know what is the cause for such a fever that remains for certain time in the day and then goes off. When my body is warm, I do feel tired.

    Hello Jan,

There are a great many causes of intermittent fevers. A lot of which, once the caused is diagnosed, can be easily treated. A couple of examples are bacterial or viral infections.

Unfortunately there are also some condition which are more serious.

I am afraid no one here at the AMHD can diagnose or suggest treatments.

It is important that you visit your doctor and let him/her investigate the cause. The more quick it is diagnosed, the more quick treatment can begin.

Good luck and I am sorry I cannot be of more help to you.
