Heat pump not cooling but is heating house instead
While set to cool the heat pump started to heat the house, the outside unit is blowing cold air. It like it trying to defrost the inside part of the unit. This is an old unit - 1987. Is there a simple fix ? Or Do I need to replace the whole thing ?
