Ok, I am sixteen and I have Lupus and end stage renal failure. So that means I am on peritoneal dialysis. I have been doing dialysis for over a year now. I lost my virginity on the 27th of last month and ever since then I've had this light pain in stomach like I'm cramping. But I don't get periods ever since I started dialysis. And now I have a little bit of blood in my panties. Does this mean the egg is implanting? And our condom broke. I don't know how long we went at it before we realized it happened but it did. Then we fooled around and had sex without it, but only for a little while.

I'm sorry that you are going through some very serious health issues at such a young age, but, truthfully, we can't tell you whether you are pregnant via the internet. You will have to take a pregnancy test. You can try a HPT using first morning urine, or talk to your doctor about a blood test.

I am also sorry for your illness, you sound very brave going though all of this.
It would really be best to talk to your doctor about it.
