I'm sorry that you are going through some very serious health issues at such a young age, but, truthfully, we can't tell you whether you are pregnant via the internet. You will have to take a pregnancy test. You can try a HPT using first morning urine, or talk to your doctor about a blood test.

I am also sorry for your illness, you sound very brave going though all of this.
