    Central air fan runs, but not cooling house
    My temp is set at 73 but its like 80 when I come home. I check and can feel air coming out, but very softly not like normal. The central air unit outside you can see the fan turning, but not as loud as it usually is. I checked downstairs to see if a circuit breaker is off, but all OK there... I noticed water on the floor, its around the funace, but also around the waterheater (they are by each other), so not sure what that's all about. Anyone have any idea's...

I have Heil central air system. My blower motor (fan) is been running continuously, either in AC/HEAT OR ON/AUTO MODE. Only way to shut the fan is by switching the emergency switch to off.
