    Child support lien
    My ex husband still ows back childsupport from California. He hid out in other states. It has been over 14 years and now that he has stopped hiding can I file a lien on his property. He lives in Idaho. My kids are now adults 28 & 30.

    Talk to the Child support collection agency where the support order was issued. They should help you collect. One of the possibilities is a lien against real property.
