I've known about my moms affairs with men on dating sites since October 2011 and since then everything went to hell. My dad was obviously devastated about the whole thing and my mom simply didn't care, before she was an amazing mom and now she's thrown it all away. In December 2011 she left to go on a holiday to spain with one of the men the day before I got back from a school trip. Since then she's moved out of our house and in with one of the men. My Dad feels terrible about it all and my older brother hates her. I have tried extremely hard to take the middle ground and see both sides of the story, even going so far as to go around to my moms new partners house and meet him just to see her. But even as hard as I tried from both perspectives she's the bad guy. She came around to our house one time too 'collect some of her stuff' where she instantly started verbally abusing my brother, he walked out and she came straight for me where I ignored her. Soon after me and my Dad left for my nans because my mom was just being plain horrible, about an hour later we left for our house and when we got back we found her still there. She threatened to stab me and my Dad and she assaulted my Dad, resulting in her getting arrested and questioned at the station. As for my original question, I love my Dad to bits and am struggling to cope myself, but It feels like my responsibility to keep him happy. I need some desperate advice on how to keep my family happy. (It sounds desperate for a 13 year old boy, but I have no other form of help)
