My boyfriend and I went out with some friends last night. They all got considerably drunk and I remained 100% sober to drive. My boyfriend became aggitated about a small fight we have been having and we agreed to ask the opinion of a mutual friend. She sided with me and he did not like this outcome. He became even more aggitated throughout the night no matter how calm I remained. Driving home he became even more angry because I would not give him a cigarette (he does not smoke). He began making threats of how I can drive a half hour home and not stay with him if I didn't give him one. He then began yelling at me about a past fight that was my fault and won't let me live down. Its his trump card. He was revealing personal mistakes in front of others in the car so I finally pulled over and told him to get out. I took a minute calmed down and asked my friend to go get him. Now he is very angry I kicked him out of the car and won't see the mistakes he made that evening. How do I handle everything constructively?
