    Central air, thermostat says go, condenser & compressor do, but evap blower almost do
    When system comes on evap blower starts then stops , rest of unit continues to run. Switch fan on manual it runs?

    Usually that indicates a defective or intermittent blower fan relay. But with a no BRAND and NO model number unit It could be a separate part OR you might have to buy the entire circuit board.
