    Waterproof Drainage Membrane (help finding)
Ive been watching Holmes on Homes and they use a system inside called a Waterproof Drainage Membrane..

I have a situation where I might need some more info about it and tried to get a price at Lowe's and HD... with NO luck finding it. Holmes on Homes is a Canadian series so they might be saying it differently than we do in the US.

Does someone know of a product similar at Lowed or HD? Below is a picture of what it might look like...
