    What is the limited time I have
    I've been living with my boyfriend and a roommate but I'm not on the lease I take care of the house and cook all three meals and now our roommate what me to leave they both are on the lease what rights do I have please help

    They are your landlords and they have to evict you.

    Where are you? The laws vary.

    If they are both on the lease, they have to agree to evict you. Even though you aren't on the lease you are a resident with all the rights of a tenant.

    You are a resident and both your BF and the roommate are your landlords, they both must agree to evict you not just one of them.
